Harry James Potter (born 31 July 1981), otherwise known by Muggles and Wizards alike as Harry Potter, is an English wizard and the titular protagonist of the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. The story revolved around his life as an orphan who, on his eleventh birthday, learns he is a wizard. Harry also discovers that he's already (in)famous throughout the wizarding world, and that his fate was tied with Lord Voldemort, a bald, noseless wizard who killed Harry's parents.
